At ONELLA, we want you to love what you wear. If you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

 Returns:
- You can return items within **14 days** of receiving your order.
- Items must be **unused, unwashed, and in original packaging**.
- Sale items are **not eligible** for return.

 Exchanges:
- You can exchange for a different size or color within **14 days**.
- Exchanges depend on stock availability.

 How to Request a Return or Exchange:

2. We’ll guide you through the process and arrange pickup via our delivery partner.
3. Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

 Notes:
- Shipping fees are **non-refundable**.
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours.
